IBG HydroTech - Team Leader Internal Sales

To be head of the internal sales team

  • Creation of offers, cost estimates, invoices and calculations

  • Processing of reclamations

  • Examination of contracts and invoices

  • Preparation of tender documents

  • Monthly reporting to the management, compilation of statistics

  • Conducting daily coordination meetings with the sales and production department

  • Deadlines monitoring (production, deliveries, etc.)

  • Assistance in the preparation of documents for customs clearance and transport (including all types of certificates)

  • Interpreting during negotiations, translation of documents

  • Primary support for customers from Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan

  • Servicing customers worldwide

Your profile:

  • You bring along a successfully completed training or a successfully completed study in the commercial or technical area

  • You have very good language skills in Russian (at least C1), English (at least C1) and German (at least B2);other languages are an advantage

  • You have many years of experience in a similar role;first leadership experience is beneficial

  • A competent and conscientious dealing with customers is a matter for you

  • You have a very independent and team-oriented way of working

  • You have the willingness to occasional business trips
