As a major mobile gaming publisher, our portfolio is diverse: Summoners War is a top-grossing mobile RPG, consistently ranking in the top-5 grossing charts in France and Germany. Talion is a mobile MMO with top-20 success in Japan, about to launch in the West. But we also work with major international licenses and IP: Major League Baseball and NBA are our partners, we have some of the best golf and fishing games in the market and are working together with developer Slightly Mad Studios on the mobile version of PROJECT CARS. We have also partnered with Activision and are developing the upcoming Skylanders: Ring of Heroes.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as OFFICE MANAGER to help care for and grow our team of 40+ people in Berlin. This is a weekly 20 or 25 hours PART-TIME position based in Berlin, Germany, and available immediately.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Create a fun, positive, and safe working place

  • Coordinate appointments with external service providers for Office Management

  • Process internal post (receipt, sending, tracking, parcel service)

  • Maintain a high standard of organisation in the office

  • Facilitate necessary repairs and build outs in the office

  • Vendor management (cleaners, repairs, electricians etc)

  • Welcome guests, answer the door, and accept mail

  • Prepare meeting rooms

  • Management of internal wiki (confluence)

  • Maintain all office supplies (stationary, appliances, food, drinks)

  • Manage travel bookings and arrangements

  • Organise celebrations (birthdays, employee breakfast, etc)

You're offering these qualifications

Experience and skills requires

  • Proven 1-2 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar role

  • You are able to multitask a variety of projects, and pay attention to the details - all while keeping a positive attitude!

  • Very good organization, coordination and prioritization skills

  • A creative attitude towards problem solving

  • Exceptionally strong ownership and “can-do” attitude, requiring little guidance

  • Experience with visa applications is a plus

  • Excellent understanding and communication skills in both English and German (verbal and written), other languages (especially French, Russian or Korean) a big plus

  • Gaming experience a big plus
