We are seeking further support for our British Airways Russia department starting as soon as possible.
Your key responsibilities
Telephone customer service
Reservation and selling of flights / journeys
Service and consultation regarding flights, including assisting travel agencies and frequent flyers within the framework of a customer loyalty program.
Handling of administrative back office tasks
Very good Russian and English language skills, both oral and written
A high degree of service orientation, commitment and enjoy dealing with customers
The ability to concentrate and the power of comprehension
An independent and responsible approach to work
Good PC user skills
