Flix - Customer Care Specialist

We're looking for a motivated and driven Russian Speaking Customer Care Specialist (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your tasks - Paint the world green

  • Complaints management and third level support especially for cases related to payments (e.g. PayPal conflicts) and refunds

  • Supporting our service providers

  • Supporting our travel agencies

  • Examination of reimbursement cases

  • Development of proactive solutions to ensure the best customer experience

Your Profile - Ready to hop on board

  • Certified or specialized in the tourism and/or leisure sectors

  • Previous experience in the hotel industry, travel agency or customer care

  • You are highly motivated, persistent and team-orientated

  • Experienced user of MS Office

  • Full working proficiency in Russian and English
