DYM Resources - Junior Sales Manager

General description: Founded in 2014 commodity trading company DYM Resources has won its good position in niche oil products trading and is actively developing, our 2018 sales reached 14,4 million euro. We are solving real business problems and delivery to our clients tons of vital resources which they need to produce finish goods. Our start-up supplies raw materials for industries such as road construction, lubricants producers, aluminum and electrode producers. Our product range include base oils, bitumen, petroleum coke and other oil and petrochemical products. DYM Resources organizes finance, logistics and marketing for above products in Russia and CIS, Europe, Africa, Middle East, Latin America and Southeast Asia. We are looking for a proactive sales manager who will grow together with our company. Our goal is to use the most up-to-date technics and approaches to our international business.

Team: our Berlin office is currently 4 people, with another 5 people located in Germany and Russia, team average age is 25-35 years, we value good sense of humor and people who can deliver when it matters

Experience: Business to Business sales or sales assistance experience is crucial, experience with CRM system is a plus, better to have business development experience, import-export commodity trade or similar working experience is an advantage as well as relevant product/market experience in oil products/petrochemicals/coal chemicals area. Profit and loss statement preparation for transaction is a good experience. Good written English and Russian.

Job responsibility: 

  • Maintaining and developing existent client portfolio

  • New leads generation

  • Potential clients cold-calling (like in the Wolf from Wallstreet movie )

  • Offers calculations and samples sending & tracking

  • Deals execution tracking, export documents preparation

  • Business trips preparation and visiting clients and industry conferences

  • Identifying new market opportunities

  • Alternative sourcing search, communication with suppliers

Salary: salary is competitive and varies depending on interview results + yearly bonus

Location: Berlin, Mindspace coworking at Stadtmitte

Languages: Fluent Russian and English is a must, Spanish and German is an advantage
