Your duties and responsibilities will include:
Identify new business opportunities and manage existing relationships throughout Germany and the CIS region
Maintain and develop high-level sales relationships in order to maintain and increase market share
Plan, develop and execute business development activities and manage regional marketing plan
Responsible for market intelligence to uncover potential new leads and/or emerging markets
Drive the sales activities and actions
Forecast sales for each product and/or project
Manage and develop sales support team
Report to the Regional Sales Director in Germany
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
At least three years of technical sales experience in the airports' industry is mandatory, experience in ground support equipment preferred
Experience in negotiating global sales contracts
Fluent written and oral language skills in English, German and Russian
Proactive, organized and independent personality
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Willingness to travel
