Job Description

  • Help to shape the future: Digital Transformation is one of the big challenges for both our customers and us. We need to design our service portfolio with our building blocks of technologies to become a strategic partner for our clients in automotive, monitoring and customer experience also in future. You are familiar with technologies like RPA, Knowledge Bots, Chatbots, Voicebots, Artificial Intelligence but also communication systems like Salesforce and Genesys.

  • Take responsibility: As an Automation Process Analyst, you will help us and our customers to identify technology trends, even implement or combine our existing systems with technologies mentioned above by keeping Bosch strategic and business goals in mind.

  • Your Value Chain: Supporting our Sales Pitch teams by providing detailed explanation of our technologies in our services is one of your tasks. You will conduct Business process analysis at all operational sites by identifying automation potential and opportunities, workout the solution architecture and analyze gaps together with our operational team by redesigning their services up to supporting them by implementing automation technologies.

  • Experience cooperation: Working in a distributed and international team within EMEA region characterizes this position.


  • Personality: You have a very good analytical and conceptual skillset and are confident in product presentations as well as in customer conversations.

  • Experience and Knowledge: You have at least 3-5 years of experience working with both automation technologies like RPA, Chatbots and Knowledge Bots and communication systems like Genesys and Salesforce. Ideally, you have experiences in the customer service or related area.

  • Willingness to travel: If necessary, you will travel to different locations within the EMEA region of Bosch Service Solutions.

  • Enthusiasm: You are enthusiastic about digitalization and automation, understand related market demands very well and are always up to date about latest trends & technologies.

  • Language skills: German and English fluent.

  • Education: Business Administration, IT, telecommunication or electrical engineering degree or similar study of a University or a College is required.
