Tasks & responsibilities

  • As recruiter, you know exactly what your target audience needs and manage the complete recruiting process from posting the position to hiring the candidate.

  • You are the face to our candidates - from the first contact to the final job offer.

  • In close collaboration with the hiring managers, you write appealing job postings.

  • With your expertise and experience, you consult your departments and answer questions regarding the hiring process with the works council.

  • Thanks to your targeted search strategies, you reach the right candidates regardless of their current location.

  • You manage applications in our candidate management system Taleo, select suitable candidates, conduct interviews, consolidate the interview results with the department and negotiate contract conditions with the candidates.

  • Furthermore, you design and perform assessment centers to gain a complete picture from our candidates.

Requirements

  • University degree in Economics, Psychology or a comparable field, alternatively vocational training with additional qualifications

  • The international nature of the job requires fluency in English as well as native speaker level in one of the following European languages: Spanish, Italian or Russian. German language skills are a plus.

  • Several years of work experience in HR and recruiting and knowledge of all typical recruiting tool is a necessity

  • Experience working with different target audiences

  • Passion for working with HR and Office software, online tool and social media networks like LinkedIn and XING

  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders

  • Pleasant and customer focused personality, who knows how to convince, moderate and present
