BestSecret - Retail Tourism Manager

Your To Do's

  • You are responsible for building strong local partnerships and create business opportunities with travel agencies, airlines, financial services, car rental companies and tourist sights

  • You cultivate strong cooperation with selected partner hotels in the store areas to positions BestSecret & Schustermann&Borenstein as key shopping destination for tourists from Asia, Arab Emirates & Russia

  • You drive traffic and revenue streams

  • You build ongoing relationships with PCOs, DMCs, City Convention bureaus and convention centers

Your Must-haves

  • Proven travel or commercial industry knowledge with a minimum of 6 –10 years

  • International sales or partnership management experience within the tourism, airline or hospitality sector

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in German and English

  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills, ability to effectively deal with a broad range of stakeholders and build effective relationship

  • Commercially driven, goal oriented with excellent negotiation skills and a drive to succeed

  • Ability to work under pressure and self-disciplined

  • Very good presentation skills and presence with a broad cosmopolitan mind-set

  • Excellent organizational skills

Nice to have

  • Both oral and written fluency in another language

  • Interest in Asian, Arab and/or Russian culture
