With immediate effect, we are looking for an International Support Agent (m/f/d) to strengthen our support team. As an International Support Agent, you are the first point of contact for our customers and all concerns. You decide whether you treat the case yourself or to which department the customer should be referred. In your customer supporting role, you will be available via phone, live chat, and writing emails. 

You are responsible for:

  • Continuous supporting of our customers

  • Training of new employees/training of new customers

  • Deep cooperation with our product management on possible improvements

  • Identification of bugs/software errors and reporting to the technical department

  • Development of processes and workflows

Your profile should look like this:

  • You have a very good command of spoken and written English

  • You are a linguistic talent and may also speak German, Dutch, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Russian, Belgian, Danish, Swedish, Scandinavian, etc.

  • Communicative skills are among your strengths

  • High self-motivation, willingness to perform and self-confidence characterize you

  • You have a technical affinity and a quick grasp of how to use software

  • In addition a good imagination and the ability to think your way through the customer's requirements
