Abbott Diagnostics Division (ADD) is currently looking for a
based in Wiesbaden, Germany for the Regions DACH/EAST/Italy/Iberia
Responsible for all Implementation & Integration projects across EMEA and maintaining the customer relationship for Automation and Informatics installations
Providing project management support to EMEA commercial / service organization
Ability to implement and install the laboratory automation system based on the Project Plan developed and agreed between project managers and customer
Thorough communication; coordination; prioritization and measurement of KPIs for all installation and implementation activities including effectiveness of customer project managers
Optimal resource planning; utilization and justification for successful implementations
Staffing, training and retention, project leadership and strategic direction of highly skilled Project Managers that are involved in customer-facing projects
BSc degree in Business, IT, Project Management, Life Sciences/ Healthcare or similar
Minimum of 5-10 years track record in the diagnostic industry with an emphasis on managing highly complex projects in the Diagnostics industry
Excellent product and industry knowledge
Certification/training and successful application of methods like PMP, Lean or Six Sigma (green or black belt)
Strong communication skills (Candidates must be fluent in local language and English, additional languages are advantageous)
Extensive experience as program / project manager
Good understanding of lab information systems used in hospitals, LIMS experience desired
